In no time, the Pegasus Restaurant has acquired a name of considerable renown for itself in Poperinge and well beyond : attractive, stylish, romantic... in an exceptional setting all its own. After having completed his training at the Koksijde Ter Duinen Catering college, Bert Recour perfected his skills under the tutorship of true masters such as Bruneau, Jean Berquin (Rust Roest), Geert Van Hecke (De Karmeliet) and Peter Goossens (Hof van Cleve) before going on to plot his own course. The cuisine is punctuated with Mediterranean touches and exotic whispers but stands out above all else courtesy of its uncompromising dedication to freshness and quality. Cookery to be savoured as an art form of the highest order.
